The Old Crafft website was in many regards not exactly what one would call, best practice. My task was initially just to create a fitting Motion-concept. Soon I noticed, that that would be very hard, with the existing modules.
So we decided to go for a "revolution" instead of an "evolution". That was the start of a long journey: Moodboarding, designing version after version, Motion design in Webflow, adding modules to the design system and Writing documentations. But then, eventually – 1'000 espressos and many sleepless nights. We were able to onboard the development team.
